With an Engineering background, a second degree in Psychology, and over 20 years of leadership experience in corporate technology, I understand the challenges women face as they grow, lead, and navigate the world of work.
I've also seen how much women carry while striving to succeed. The pressure to prove themselves, the conversations they hesitate to have, and the personal sacrifices they make along the way.
As a certified Resilience and Career Coach, I've supported more than 50 high-achieving women in tech to recognize what's holding them back, strengthen their voice, and negotiate the promotions, titles, and salaries they deserve.
But I believe women need more than professional advice. We need spaces where we can speak openly, learn from one another, share our experiences, and grow without feeling we have to figure everything out alone.
That's why I created the Quiet Authority League.
A community created by women, for women. A place to exchange wisdom, find encouragement, explore new perspectives, and support one another through the challenges and possibilities of life and leadership.
Because when women lift each other up, we all have more room to grow.
